Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") form an agreement between the individual operator of getlayers.ai, based in Poland ("we", "us"), and you, the affiliate applicant or partner ("you"). By submitting an affiliate application — including ticking the agreement step of the application form — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to your use of the website.

You need a getlayers account to apply — applications are tied to the account you are signed in with, and that account is where your referral link, statistics, and payouts live.

Every application is reviewed manually. We may approve or decline any application at our sole discretion and without stating a reason. Approval is confirmed by email and by the Affiliate tab appearing in your profile.

Commission rates start at 20% of every qualifying sale made through your referral link — one-time lifetime purchases and recurring subscription payments alike, for as long as the referred customer keeps paying. For partners with larger audiences we may agree an individual, higher rate; any such rate is confirmed in writing and shown in your dashboard.

A qualifying sale is a completed, non-disputed payment by a customer attributed to you (see Referral attribution below). Purchases you make through your own link — including from other accounts you control — do not qualify.

We may change the default commission rate or your individual rate with prior notice. Changes apply prospectively: commissions already recorded keep the rate that applied at the time of the sale.

Your referral link carries your personal handle (for example getlayers.ai/?via=your-handle). A visitor who follows it is attributed to you when they create their account; from that moment, every qualifying purchase that customer makes counts toward your commission.

Attribution uses a 30-day, last-touch window: if a visitor follows several partners' links before signing up, the most recent link within 30 days wins. Each customer can be attributed to at most one partner, and attribution is fixed at signup — it does not transfer later.

Strictly prohibited: paid advertising in any form — search ads (including bidding on getlayers or related brand terms), social media ads, display, native, and any other performance marketing.

Also prohibited: impersonating getlayers or misrepresenting the brand; presenting your pages, profiles, or messages as official getlayers channels; spam or unsolicited bulk messaging; self-referral; and incentivised schemes such as cashback, rebates, or purchase-for-commission arrangements.

Allowed and encouraged: organic, non-paid promotion — content, tutorials, courses, social posts, newsletters, communities, and word-of-mouth recommendations.

Violations result in suspension from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions (see Suspension & termination).

Each commission unlocks 14 days after the sale it relates to — a verification window during which the underlying payment must remain valid and undisputed. Your dashboard shows pending commissions individually, each with its unlock date.

Once your available balance reaches USD 50, you can request a payout from your dashboard, choosing PayPal, wire transfer, Stripe, or crypto (USDC/USDT). Payouts are processed manually — we will contact you for the payout details — and typically complete within a few business days of processing. An invoice or receipt may be attached to each processed payout in your dashboard.

You participate in the program as an independent contractor, not as an employee, agent, or representative of getlayers. You are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or reporting obligations that apply to your commission income in your jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately if you violate these Terms — in particular the Promotion policy, which is enforced on a zero-tolerance basis. Suspension stops new commissions from accruing, and commissions that have not yet been paid out are forfeited.

You may leave the program at any time by contacting us. Commissions that are unlocked and above the payout minimum at that point will be paid out on request; pending commissions inside the verification window are settled once they unlock.

We may pause or discontinue the affiliate program as a whole with reasonable notice. In that case, earned and unlocked commissions remain payable.

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example when the program mechanics, rates, or payout options change. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Material changes are announced by email or in your dashboard; continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

The program is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversions, or earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability towards you under these Terms is limited to the amount of unpaid commissions properly earned at the time a claim arises.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
